This was an amazing class. It was so nice to be involved in a small group (there were 7 of us) with lots of opportunities for hands-on involvement. Sheila was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable, not just about Indian cooking but also the science of food. We learned a lot of easy to implement ideas to improve our cooking, and are excited to go home and practice! Would absolutely recommend to anybody with a passion for cooking or an interest in Indian cuisine.
