This was an amazing class. It was so nice to be involved in a small group (there were 7 of us) with lots of opportunities for hands-on involvement. Sheila was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable, not just about Indian cooking but also the science of food. We learned a lot of easy to implement ideas to improve our cooking, and are excited to go home and practice! Would absolutely recommend to anybody with a passion for cooking or an interest in Indian cuisine.

Thank you for a great session on Saturday and for sharing your passion and knowledge!  I would definitely be interested in another session at some point.

We loved your class. We made curry for tea last night Have a few people at work who are after the mango lassi recipe and the other recipes you did. Will look for a roti and nan bread class Thank you for all the recipes and information Was lovely to meet you

Dave and I very much enjoyed last night with you.  Was lots of fun and was so good to learn some ‘proper’ Indian home cooking.  It is truly delicious and we were SO full afterwards – we had a blast.
